Shipping Policy

At Jeff Clothing, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Our standard delivery time across India is between 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
We currently offer free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹1500. A nominal shipping fee may apply for lower-order values or cash-on-delivery (COD) purchases.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return/exchange:

·        The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

·        Tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.

·        The item should not be part of final sale, discounted, or customized orders, as these are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit.
